Many of the ministry efforts of Tim and Terri Palmquist are conducted under the umbrella of Glorify Jesus Ministries, which is part of a distinct 501(c)3 ministry with a separate board of directors. Terri and Tim also lead LifeSavers Ministries and are accountable to its board (though they do not receive financial support through LifeSavers Ministries). Additional ministry activities are conducted under other organizations or coalitions, with the Palmquists accountable to the leaders and team members of each ministry project.

In addition to several key local pastors, Tim and Terri also consider Pastor Al and Judy Howard to be key spiritual advisors. Al and Judy are the directors of His Nesting Place Ministries in Long Beach, California. The ministries of His Nesting Place include a church, maternity home, crisis pregnancy center, and sidewalk counseling outreach.
