This photograph was taken on the morning of January 30, 2002, outside our home. As I paused to notice the thousands of gleams of new light reflecting off of the newly fallen snow, it reminded me of God's mercies, which are "new every morning." I didn't really plan for the Rock to be in the center of the picture, but as I looked at the photo later, it struck me as very appropriate, symbolizing our unchanging Lord, Jesus Christ.
